Enhance Emergency Awareness of All Staff, Improve the Capacities of Self-prevention and Self-rescue

--2023 BlueSky on-site emergency solution drill competition

According to the laws and regulations of Production Safety Law, Fire Protection Law and other laws with the spirit of relevant documents, to further enhance emergency awareness of all staff and improve their capacities of self-prevention and self-rescue,to implement the safety concept of “safety is on the front line and basic team is the Key”, through nearly 1 month of preparation and training, in the afternoon of March 29, an on-site emergency solution drill competition was held and organized by the production center.    

The principal Feng Qionghua, Executive Vice President Qu Yucheng, Safety Director Zhang Jie and off-duty cadres and staff in production center participated in the drill, functional departments took part in the observation, departmental representatives joined in the site rating.   

Feng Qionghua gave a pep talk, he stressed that the atmosphere at the event was very good, different safety slogans and posters were hung surrounding from north to south and east and west, which was gradually playing a leading role in safety culture.

Over the past two months, we have followed the Party’s advice, wore the 4-knowing card on our chest, and implemented “12345” in our actions.  

In the past two months, we have received the final assessment of the Ministry of Emergency Management, the inspection of the provincial office, and the inspection of the municipal leaders and relevant departments.

For the past two months, we have implemented the requirements of regulatory authorities at all levels into concrete actions and formulated implementation plan.    

Since the past two months, we have operated 13 production lines smoothly without increasing personnel.

With the past two months, aiming to the operation management, we have put forward to the same starting line, benchmarking and tabling.

The 1st quarter is coming to an end, the Tomb-sweeping Day is coming, safety, management, production and other tasks are very heavy, a burden is taken, we should always maintain a mentality of “three Ru ” and do not relax. Meanwhile, we also need to have confidence, sustain to remain a good state, and do a good and solid job in safety and other works.  

Feng Qionghua pointed out that the content of this drill competition was simple, practical and highly targeted, which paid attention to the foundation and was close to actual combat, the purpose was to test the practical capacities of fire fighting and rescue and comprehensive application skills, it’s also a complete test of our usual fire prevention, safety training effect, the knowledge of 4-knowing card and emergency disposal ability.    

A total of 6 teams participated in the competition, which was divided into three projects to go in sequence, “Two people with gas masks + canisters and portable fire extinguishers putting out a fire ”, “Two people with fire fighting clothing and positive-pressure respiration carrying stretchers to rescue people” and “Scene simulation emergency handling and on-site error correction”. At the end of the game, the company’s emergency fire brigade showed emergency treatment of “plugging the leak with pressure” to the present personnel, professional and scientific.  

In the whole process, it’s well organized and cooperative by the safety department and comprehensive management department, all participants were calm and brave, the audience were enthusiastic greatly, cheering and shouting, the judge group unified standards and strictly evaluated, all these fully carried forward BlueSky’s team spirits of solidarity and cooperation and racing to the top, the factory was filled with a strong atmosphere of comparison, learning, catching, helping and exceeding.     

This on-site emergency handling drill competition was an activitiy of general learning, full participation and joint improvement. After the contest, the company organized a special meeting to evaluate and summarize the effects of the drill. Safety is always on the road, we should have the responsibility of “Always worrying” and the sense of pressure on “Treading on thin ice”, pressing and compacting all staff responsibility for safety production, and do a good job in safety work.
